I worked for two years toward my Ph.D. in Atmospheric Science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. I wasn't particularly pleased with the direction I was taking in the program so when a job opportunity with SAIC appeared, I took it. With that, I have suspended my graduate work. Will I return? Very good question ...
I earned my M.S. in Atmospheric Science from Purdue University. I studied under Dr. Ernest Agee and my thesis research focused on multiple vortex structures in thunderstorms and tornadoes. I have a great passion for severe weather so my thesis topic was an excellent fit.

In addition to attending the University of Miami I enrolled in a summer class at the University of Akron in Akron, OH. I earned credits in a computer science course - programming in C++.
I went to High School at Copley High School in Copley, OH. I will forever be a Copley Indian! My graduating class recently had their 10 year reunion. I could not attend, but I helped out by creating and hosting our class website:
