Knitting Projects - Scarves
Sue's Scarf!
A friend from my graduate school days requested a scarf for her new winter coat w/ the colors brown, cream, blue, and lime! I found 3 skeins of Creme de la Creme worsted weight combed cotton yarn in greentones, ivory, and browntones.
I can't recall how many stitches I casted on, but choose a multiple of 3.
I used 6mm (US 10) needles.
Work in a knit 3 purl 3 rib pattern until you reach the desired length.
If you cast on an even multiple of 3:
Row 1: * knit 3 purl 3 (repeat from *)
Row 2: * purl 3 knit 3 (repeat from *)
If you cast on an odd multiple of 3:
All rows: * knit 3 purl 3 (repeat from *)
