Cast on 13 stitches.
Work in garter stitch for 6 rows.
Bind off all but 4 stitches.
Knit 2 together, knit 1, increase, knit 1
Knit 4
* repeat these 2 steps ~3-4 times ending on the first step, then bind off
This creates the left half of the M.
Repeat the steps for the right half of the M.
Sew the 2 pieces together at the center line.
